The Plant Manager is responsible for forecasting and leading with results, increasing market revenue, streamlining/standardizing workflow and creating a collaborative team environment to increase productivity and develop a culture of respect and empowerment. Responsibilities for this role will also include identifying and driving continuous improvement efforts, optimizing inventory, increasing plant capacity, improving process planning capabilities, driving short- and long-term continuous improvement, delivery performance and mix flexibility with the goal of achieving manufacturing excellence as Best-in-Class.
